Eucharista
By Carole Wolf

Let’sremember that eucharist isthanksgiving, and let’s celebrate the thanksgivings we have to offer each other.
They are part of loving each other. Here are some thank you’s for this month’s—not all—but some. In the
future, please offer the thanks you know about for the newsletter each month, and let’s show each other that
we notice and appreciate the gifts we share with one another.
Though 2020 proved to be a most challenging year, there are many thanksgivings to offer. As I thought about
our response to the very expression 2020, I wanted to give it a new spin.
Let’s celebrate 20 people we loved and 20 people and pets who loved us before and during 2020.
Let’s celebrate 20 beautiful sights, sounds, tastes, fragrances, and touches we experienced during 2020.
Let’s celebrate 20 favorite places we visited in person or in memories during 2020.
 I also thought of how many have spent 20 or more years as part of the St. Christopher’s family. Are you
one of them?
 I thought of how many of you have spent 20 or more years as part of the Body of Christ here and
elsewhere.
 Many of you have served long and faithfully in one or more ministries as members of the Altar Guild,
Breakfast Club, Choir, Daughters of the King, ECW, Eucharistic Visitors, Food Pantry, Layreaders , and
Vestry. You have ministered to our church family and the world through your gifts of love and comfort
as well as through your prayers...
